Connecting a CRM to ReiSearch bridges your deal-finding workflow with your contact and lead management. Instead of manually moving data between systems, the integration surfaces CRM actions directly inside ReiSearch.

### Available CRM Integrations

**GoHighLevel (REI CB CRM)** — The primary CRM integration. Available on Core ($50/mo) and Scale ($200/mo) plans. See your plan details in Billing.

### How to Connect

Open the App Center from the sidebar. Find the GoHighLevel integration card. Click "Connect."

You are prompted to authorize the connection through GoHighLevel. Sign in to your GoHighLevel account and grant the requested permissions. Once complete, the card status changes to "Connected" (green badge).

### What Changes When CRM Is Connected

**"CRM Connected" label** — A CRM-related sub-navigation item appears in the platform, indicating the integration is active.

**CRM button on property detail pages** — Every property detail page gains a CRM button. Click it to manage contacts and leads associated with that property without leaving ReiSearch.

**Syncing behavior** — Contacts and leads move between ReiSearch and your CRM based on your actions. Properties you share, comps you run, and presentations you generate can flow into your CRM as lead activity.

### Managing the Connection

Open the App Center and find the GoHighLevel card. Click "Manage" to:

- View connection status and last sync time
- Disconnect the CRM
- Re-authorize if the connection expires

Disconnecting removes CRM features from the platform but does not delete data already synced to your CRM.

### Plan Requirements

CRM integration requires a Core plan ($50/mo) or higher. If you are on the Free plan, the Connect button may be grayed out with an "Upgrade Required" notice.
