**Content:**

AI integrations bring large language models into your ReiSearch workflow. Connected AI tools can help you draft property descriptions, generate presentation content, and analyze deal data without leaving the platform.

### Available AI Integrations

**ChatGPT** — OpenAI's language model for content generation and data analysis across the platform.

**Gemini** — Google's AI assistant for on-platform intelligence and task assistance.

### How to Connect

Open the App Center from the sidebar. Find the ChatGPT or Gemini integration card. Click "Connect" on the one you want to use.

You are prompted to authorize the connection through the AI provider's authentication flow. Sign in and grant permissions. The card status changes to "Connected" (green badge).

### Where AI Features Appear

Connected AI tools add content generation capabilities in several places:

- **Presentations** — Generate or improve property descriptions, deal summaries, and market analysis text directly in the presentation builder. Instead of writing from scratch, prompt the AI to draft content based on the property data.
- **Property notes** — Use AI to expand or rephrase your deal notes, repair estimates, or investment thesis.
- **Data analysis** — Ask questions about comp results, market data, or demographic information and get natural language responses.

### Using AI in a Presentation

When editing a presentation, look for the AI generate or assist icon (sparkle icon or "Ask AI" button) in text fields. Click it, describe what you want, and the AI drafts the content. Review and edit before saving.

### Using AI for Data Analysis

With a connected AI assistant, you can ask questions about comp results or market data panels. For example: "Summarize the key differences between these three comps" or "What is the price per square foot trend in this area?"

The AI assistant responds with natural language analysis based on the data in your current view.

### Managing AI Connections

Open the App Center and find the connected AI card. Click "Manage" to:

- View connection status
- Disconnect the AI tool
- Re-authorize if needed

### Multiple AI Integration Support

You can connect both ChatGPT and Gemini simultaneously. When both are connected, you can choose which assistant to use in each context. Having both available gives you flexibility based on which model better suits the task.
