Photos are one of the first things buyers and partners see when they find your property. Good photos improve your listing's performance in the Marketplace, in presentations, and on property cards throughout the platform.

### Adding Photos

Photos can be uploaded when you create a property or added later from the property detail page.

**From Add Property** — During the initial creation flow, the form includes a photo upload section before you save the draft.

**From Property Detail** — Open any saved property. The image gallery is typically at the top of the page or in a dedicated media section. Click the upload area or drag and drop files directly.

### Supported Image Formats

- JPG and PNG are recommended for best compatibility.
- WEBP is supported but may not render uniformly across all views.
- Avoid BMP or TIFF files. Convert to JPG or PNG before uploading.

### Recommended Image Specs

- **Aspect ratio** — Landscape orientation (4:3 or 16:9) works best across all views. Portrait or square images may be cropped or stretched in property cards and gallery layouts.
- **Resolution** — At least 1920 x 1080 pixels for sharp display on high-resolution screens.
- **File size** — Under 10 MB per image. Larger files take longer to upload and may cause slow loading in galleries and presentations.

### Setting the Cover Photo

The first photo in the gallery becomes the cover image. This is the photo shown on:

- Property cards in the Dashboard carousel and Properties list
- Marketplace property cards and map pins
- Presentation cover pages
- Shared property previews

**To change the cover photo** — Drag photos to reorder them. The photo in the first position is the cover. Drop a different photo at the front of the gallery to make it the cover.

### Reordering Photos

Click and drag any photo to a new position in the gallery. The order determines how photos appear in slideshows, gallery views, and presentations. Place the most important photos first.

### Deleting Photos

Hover over a photo and click the delete icon. Confirm the removal. The photo is removed from the property and will no longer appear in any view. If you delete the cover photo, the next photo in the gallery becomes the new cover automatically.

### Where Photos Appear

Once uploaded, photos appear in these places:

- **Property cards** — Cover photo on Dashboard, Properties list, and Marketplace cards
- **Property detail page** — Full gallery view with navigation
- **Presentations** — Image panels and gallery slides
- **Marketplace** — Grid cards and expanded listing view
- **Shared properties** — Recipients see the same photo set
