**Purpose:** Make a property visible to all ReiSearch users by publishing it to the Marketplace.

**Content:**

Publishing a property moves it from private drafts or shared visibility to the open Marketplace. Once published, any ReiSearch user can find it through the map, grid, and search filters. Buyers with matching buy boxes may also receive notifications about your listing.

### Before You Publish

A property must have at minimum:

- A confirmed address with tax data pulled
- Property type selected
- A price entered
- At least one photo (recommended, not required)

Properties with more complete data attract more interest. Fill in beds, baths, square footage, deal type, and add a description before publishing.

### Step 1: Open the Property

Navigate to Properties > Drafts or Properties > Shared. Find the property you want to publish and click to open its detail page.

### Step 2: Click Publish

Look for the "Publish to Marketplace" button. It is typically in the upper right of the property detail page or in the property actions menu.

A confirmation dialog appears. Review the listing information and confirm.

### Step 3: Choose Your Listing Type (Optional)

Depending on your plan, you may have listing options:

- **Standard listing** — Included with your plan. Your property appears in the Marketplace with standard placement.
- **Featured listing** — Premium placement options for increased visibility. Pricing and availability appear when you publish.

### Step 4: Confirm and Publish

Click "Publish." The property immediately appears in the Marketplace. You can verify this by opening Marketplace and searching for your listing.

### What Buyers See

When a buyer clicks on your published property, they see:

- Property photos and address
- Deal type and price
- Property details (beds, baths, sq ft, year built)
- Market value estimates
- Your profile information
- A "Contact" option to message you

If a buyer's buy box matches your property, they receive a notification. If auto-send is enabled, a presentation is sent to them automatically (up to 3 per buyer per 7 days).

### Managing Published Listings

**Edit a published listing** — Open the property. Make changes. Published listings update automatically. You can update the price, description, photos, or details at any time.

**Unpublish a listing** — Open the property and click "Unpublish" or change the status back to Draft. The property disappears from the Marketplace immediately. It remains in your properties list.

**Mark a property as Sold** — Update the property status to Offers or mark it as sold. This keeps the listing in your portfolio but indicates it is no longer available in the Marketplace.
