**Content:**

ReiSearch runs comps asynchronously. If your comp run did not start or returned no results, one of the following is usually the reason.

### Not Enough Tokens

Each comp run costs [BASIC_COMP_COST] tokens. Check your balance in the Tokens Wallet on the Dashboard.

- **Free plan:** You can still run comps at $10 per run (pay-as-you-go). Token bundles are available in Billing.
- **Starter, Core, or Scale plan:** Your monthly allowance renews each cycle. If you are out, purchase a token bundle or upgrade your plan.

If your balance is zero, the platform shows a purchase modal with three options: buy a token bundle, upgrade to a higher plan, or earn tokens through remaining checklist items.

### Invalid or Unrecognized Address

Enter the property address in the comps input field starting with the street number. Results populate as you type. If the address does not appear:

- Try the street number and street name only (omit unit numbers, directionals, or ZIP codes at first).
- Use the address as it appears in county records or the tax assessor database.
- If the property is new construction, it may not be in our database yet. Try a nearby address and adjust manually.

### Comp Results Did Not Load

Comps run in the background. If the results page is blank or stuck loading:

- Refresh the page and check the Notifications panel. Comp results appear there when ready.
- If you navigated away before results loaded, return to the property detail page and click "Run Comps" again. Previous results may be cached and linked to the property.

### Browser or Connection Issue

ReiSearch requires a stable internet connection. If multiple comp runs fail:

- Check your connection and refresh.
- Clear your browser cache and try again.
- Disable ad blockers or privacy extensions that may interfere with API calls.

### Still Not Working

Contact Support through the Support page or email support@reisearch.com. Include the property address and a screenshot of the error.
