**Purpose:** Locate a property that is missing from your list, drafts, or search results.

**Content:**

If a property you expect to see is not showing up, it may be in a different tab, filtered out, or shared under a different user's account.

### Check the Correct Tab

The Properties page has seven tabs, each showing a subset of your properties. Look under:

- **Drafts** — Properties you started but have not shared or published.
- **Shared** — Properties that were shared with you by other users.
- **Published** — Properties you published to the Marketplace.
- **Offers** — Properties where you have submitted or received an offer.
- **View All** — Every property you have access to, regardless of status.
- **My Folder** — Properties organized into custom folders.
- **Address Requests** — Properties where a request was made for details.

### Use the Search Bar

The Properties page includes a search-by-location field. Type the address, city, or ZIP code. If the property exists in your account, it appears in the filtered results.

### Check Filters

The filter bar above the property list may be narrowing results. Clear all filter chips:

- Deal Type
- Price range
- Year Built
- Stories
- Beds and Baths
- Home Type

With no active filters, every property in your account appears in the active tab.

### Property Shared Under a Different User

If someone shared a property with you, it appears under the Shared tab, not Drafts. If you cannot find it there:

- Ask the person who shared it to confirm they sent it to the correct email address or account.
- Check your Notifications for the share notification.

### Property Was Archived or Deleted

You can archive or delete properties from the context menu (three-dot icon) on any property card. If you archived a property, it moves out of the active portfolio view. Contact Support if you need to restore an archived property.

### Universal Search

The global header search bar searches across people, properties, cities, and ZIP codes. Type the address or property name there. Results are categorized by type and show type-ahead suggestions.
