**Purpose:** Fix export issues when downloading comps, presentations, or reports.

**Content:**

Exports from ReiSearch generate PDF or CSV files from your data. If the export fails, takes too long, or produces an incomplete file, try the following.

### Browser Causing the Issue

Browser settings or extensions can interfere with file downloads.

- Disable ad blockers, pop-up blockers, or privacy extensions and try again.
- Check that your browser allows downloads from reisearch.com.
- Try a different browser (Chrome, Firefox, or Edge).
- Clear your browser cache and cookies, then restart.

### PDF Export Missing Pages or Data

If the exported PDF has blank sections, missing pages, or truncated content:

- Open the source data (property profile, comp results, or presentation) and confirm all fields are filled.
- Very long notes or custom text fields can break page layout. Shorten them and re-export.
- Check that images loaded correctly in the source before exporting. Corrupted or slow-loading images may not render in PDF.
- Try a different template if available on your plan.

### CSV Export Missing Rows or Columns

CSV exports from comp results or data tables may appear incomplete if:

- You have active filters applied. Clear all filters and export again.
- The dataset is very large. Split your export into smaller date ranges or subsets.
- Some columns contain special characters that the CSV formatter does not handle. Check for unusual punctuation in addresses or notes.

### Export Button Not Responding

If clicking Export does nothing:

- Refresh the page and try again.
- Check your internet connection.
- Verify you have the required tokens or plan access for the export type. Some exports may consume tokens on free plans.

### Partial Data in Comp Exports

If a comp export contains fewer results than expected:

- The comp run may have returned fewer comparables. Not every search finds 10 matches.
- Some comps may have been excluded due to data quality filters. The export includes only validated results.
- Check the comp results on screen first. If the full data is visible there but missing from the export, try exporting again.

### Still Not Working

Download the file on a different device or network to isolate the cause. If the issue persists, contact Support with the export type, file format, and a description of what is missing.
