Managing your profile

Keep your ReiSearch profile up to date so other users can recognize you, trust you, and contact you easily.

4 min read

Your profile is the public face of your ReiSearch account. Keep it current so people can identify you, trust your business, and reach you when a deal or connection matters.

1. Open Profile Settings

Go to Settings > Profile. This is where you update your public-facing information, photos, bio, social links, and company details.

2. Update Your Photos

  • Cover photo — a banner image that sets the tone for your profile.
  • Profile picture — a headshot or logo that appears across ReiSearch.

Use clear, professional images so your profile looks complete at a glance.

3. Edit Your About Me Details

Keep these fields accurate:

  • Name — use the name you want displayed on ReiSearch.
  • Phone number — the number people should use to reach you.
  • Email — make sure the address is current.
  • Location — add the markets or cities you work in.
  • About Me — explain what you do and what kinds of deals you focus on.

If you use professional social profiles, add them here:

  • LinkedIn
  • Facebook
  • Instagram
  • YouTube

These links help others verify you and learn more about your business.

5. Set Your Signature and Company Info

If you generate contracts or presentations in ReiSearch, set your digital signature and company details so documents are ready to send without extra cleanup.

6. Save Your Changes

Click Save Changes when you’re done. If you leave the page without saving, you may lose unsaved edits.

Best Practices

  • Use a consistent name and photo across platforms.
  • Keep your phone and email current.
  • Fill out the bio with enough detail that people understand your role.
  • Update the profile any time your business, market, or contact info changes.
