01 Navigating Settings

Settings is where you manage your account, profile, security, notifications, billing, and more. It is organized into nine tabs, each covering a different aspect of your ReiSearch experience.

How to Access Settings

Click "Settings" in the left sidebar. You can also go directly to /settings from your browser.

The Settings page opens to the Public Profile tab by default. Use the horizontal tab bar to switch between sections. Each tab loads its own page without navigating away from the Settings layout.

The 9 Settings Tabs

Tab What You Can Do
Profile Edit your public profile: cover photo, profile picture, About Me, contact information, social media links, digital signature, and company info.
Expertise Define your areas of expertise (Buyer, Acquisitions, Lead Generator, Wholesaler, etc.). These appear as badges on your Directory and Network profiles.
Rankings View your ranking within the ReiSearch community based on activity, connections, and deal volume.
Account Change your password, enable two-factor authentication, manage email, and delete your account.
Notifications Set preferences for email and in-app alerts across property updates, network activity, messages, and system notices.
Teams Create and manage collaborative groups. Team members can share properties, collaborate on deals, and communicate in a shared workspace.
App Center Connect and manage third-party integrations including CRM, AI tools, Google Contacts, and more.
Billing View your plan, manage subscriptions, purchase token bundles, check usage, and view billing history. Accessible directly at /billing.
Support Browse help articles by topic, read FAQs, and contact customer support.

Quick Access Routes

Each tab has its own URL for bookmarking or direct navigation:

  • /settings — Profile
  • /settings/expertise — Expertise
  • /settings/rankings — Rankings
  • /settings/account — Security and account settings
  • (Notifications, Teams, App Center, Billing, Support tabs are under the /settings/ umbrella or have their own routes as noted)

Saving Changes

Most Settings tabs save changes as you update fields. For forms with explicit Save and Discard buttons (like the Profile tab), use the buttons at the bottom of the page. Unsaved changes are lost if you navigate away.

Notes for Neo

  • The platform doc lists route mappings for /settings, /settings/expertise, /settings/rankings, and /billing. The other tab routes (Notifications, Teams, App Center, Support) are listed under the /settings/ umbrella but their exact sub-routes are not specified. I described them generally. If exact URLs exist, I can update.
