Do all integrations require a paid plan?

No. Some integrations like Google Contacts are available on the Free plan. Others, like GoHighLevel CRM, require Core ($50/mo) or higher. Each integration card in App Center shows the plan requirement before you connect.

What data does ReiSearch share with connected apps?

ReiSearch shares only the data needed for the integration to function:

• CRM integrations — Property details, contact information for deals you choose to sync.
• AI integrations — Property data and comp results when you prompt the AI.
• Google Contacts — Your contact names and email addresses (read only).
• Collaboration apps — Based on the specific integration, typically property names, status updates, and document links.

ReiSearch does not share your password, billing information, or private account settings.

Can I connect multiple AI apps at the same time?

Yes. You can connect both ChatGPT and Gemini simultaneously. When both are connected, you can choose which one to use in each context.

Can I disconnect an app and reconnect later?

Yes. Disconnecting an app removes platform features tied to it but does not delete data already synced to the third-party service. When you reconnect, features are restored.

How do I know if my connection is working?

App Center shows the status of every integration with a color-coded badge. Green means connected and active. Red means an error needs attention.

An app I want is not listed. Can I request it?

Use the Feedback button in the Dashboard sidebar to suggest integrations. The product team reviews requests and prioritizes based on demand.

Does disconnecting an app affect my data in ReiSearch?

No. Disconnecting removes the third-party connection. Your properties, comps, presentations, and other ReiSearch data remain unchanged.

What happens if the third-party service changes its pricing or access?

ReiSearch integration cards are updated to reflect changes. If a third-party service changes its API access or pricing, you will receive a notification in the platform.

How often do integrations sync data?

Sync frequency varies by integration:

• Google Contacts — Initial sync at connection, periodic updates (typically within a few hours), manual refresh available.
• CRM — Action-driven. Data syncs when you take specific actions (save to property, generate presentation).
• AI — On-demand. Data is sent to the AI when you prompt it, not continuously.
