05 Teams Overview

Creating a Team

1. Go to Settings > Teams.
2. Click "Create Team."
3. Enter a team name (e.g., "Phoenix Acquisitions" or "Deal Desk").
4. Add an optional description.
5. Click "Create."

Adding Members

1. Open the team management screen.
2. Click "Add Member."
3. Enter the person's email address. They must have a ReiSearch account.
4. Set their permission level (see below).

Members receive a notification that they have been added to the team.

Permission Levels

Permissions are set when adding a member and can be changed anytime.

Team Properties

When a team member shares a property with the team:

• The property appears in every team member's Shared tab.
• Members can view, discuss, and collaborate based on their permission level.
• Property threads are visible to all team members with access.

Team Communication

Team members can use property threads to discuss specific deals. Threads on team-shared properties are visible to all team members with access to that property.

For general team communication (not tied to a specific property), use the platform messaging system. There is no dedicated team chat channel at this time.

Removing a Member

1. Go to Settings > Teams.
2. Find the member in the member list.
3. Click "Remove."
4. Confirm.

The member loses access to all team-shared properties immediately. Their existing connections and individual properties are not affected.

Deleting a Team

1. Go to Settings > Teams.
2. Click "Delete Team."
3. Confirm the deletion.

All members lose access to team-shared properties. Individual properties and connections are preserved.

Plan Requirements

Teams are available on the Team plan ($500/month) and above. Free, Core, and Scale plans do not include team features.
