05 Buy Box Notifications
You can control how buy box matches reach you. Choose between instant notifications, daily digests, or pause matching entirely when you are not actively buying.
Notification Channels
Buy box matches can arrive through:
In-app notifications — Appear in the Notifications bell and Dashboard panel. This is always on for active buy boxes.
Email notifications — Sent to your account email address. Controlled by your notification preferences. You can choose instant email, daily digest, or no email.
Auto-send presentations — If enabled, the full presentation arrives in your presentations view and by email. Auto-send may count toward your 3-per-7-day cap.
Setting Notification Preferences
Go to Settings > Notifications. Find the "Marketplace and Matches" or "Buy Box" section.
Options:
- Instant notifications — Every match triggers a notification immediately.
- Daily digest — All matches from the day arrive in one email or notification batch.
- Weekly digest — A weekly summary of all new matches.
- Off — No notifications for new matches. You can still check matches manually by reviewing your buy box.

Frequency Controls
To avoid being overwhelmed during active deal flow:
- Cap per day — Set a maximum number of match notifications per day. Once reached, additional matches are held until the next day.
- Cap per week — Set a weekly maximum. Useful if you only review deals on weekends.
- Quality threshold — Only receive notifications for matches above a certain match confidence level.
Snoozing a Buy Box
When you are not actively buying, snooze your buy box instead of deleting it.
From your buy box management screen, click "Snooze" and select a duration:
- 7 days
- 14 days
- 30 days
- Custom date
While snoozed, the buy box is inactive. No matches are generated and no notifications are sent. The buy box reactivates automatically when the snooze period ends.
Pausing All Buy Box Matches
To pause matching across all your buy boxes at once:
- Go to Network > Buyers or your profile settings.
- Toggle "Matchmaking" or "Auto-Match" to Off.
This stops all match generation without changing your buy box criteria. Turn it back on when you are ready to receive matches again.
Checking Matches Manually
Even with notifications off, you can see your active matches by:
- Opening your buy box management screen and viewing the "Matches" section.
- Browsing the Marketplace for properties that fit your criteria.
