Tokens Billing
01 Token Costs Reference
Every paid action on ReiSearch consumes tokens from your balance. This reference table shows the token cost for each action.

Free Actions
These actions never consume tokens:
- Browsing the Dashboard.
- Searching the Directory.
- Viewing your own properties and drafts.
- Editing your profile and settings.
- Viewing comp results already saved to a property.
- Using property threads and messages.
- Uploading documents and photos.
- Downloading your own uploaded files.
How Token Deduction Works
Tokens are deducted at the moment an action is initiated:
- For comps — When you click "Run Comps," tokens are deducted. If the comp fails, tokens are returned.
- For presentations — When you click "Generate," tokens are deducted. Regenerating an existing presentation does not cost tokens again unless you start from scratch.
Checking Costs Before You Act
The cost of an action is displayed next to the action button before you confirm. For example, the "Run Comps" button shows the token cost so you know the price before committing.
Plan Allowances
Your plan gives you a monthly token allowance:
- Free — Pay-as-you-go. Each action costs tokens. No monthly allowance.
- Starter — [STARTER_MONTHLY_TOKENS] tokens per month.
- Core — [CORE_MONTHLY_TOKENS] tokens per month.
- Scale — [SCALE_MONTHLY_TOKENS] tokens per month.
- Team — [TEAM_MONTHLY_TOKENS] tokens per month.
Monthly allowances reset each billing cycle. Unused allowances do not roll over. Purchased tokens never expire.
