02 Buying Token Bundles

Token bundles are one-time purchases that add tokens to your wallet. Unlike monthly allowances, purchased tokens never expire. They are used after your monthly allowance is depleted.

Pro [PRO_BUNDLE_TOKENS] [PRO_BUNDLE_PRICE] +20% bonus tokens

Bonuses are added to the bundle total automatically. If a Power User bundle normally gives 1,000 tokens, the +10% bonus means you receive 1,100 tokens.

Purchase Flow

  1. Open the Dashboard and click your Tokens Wallet card, or go to /billing.
  2. Click "Buy Tokens" or "Purchase Bundle."
  3. Select a bundle tier.
  4. Choose your payment method (credit card, debit card).
  5. Confirm the purchase.

Tokens are added to your wallet immediately after payment confirmation. Your balance updates on the Dashboard.

Payment Methods

  • Credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex, Discover).
  • Payment is processed securely through the billing system.
  • Receipts are sent to your account email and available in Billing history.

Bundle Usage Priority

When you have both a monthly allowance and purchased tokens, the system spends monthly allowance tokens first. Purchased tokens are only used after the monthly allowance is exhausted.

This means purchased tokens last longer. They act as a reserve for when your monthly tokens run out.

Token Balance Display

Your Dashboard wallet shows:

  • Total Balance — Every token you have from all sources.
  • Purchased Tokens — Tokens from one-time bundles only.
  • Available Monthly Tokens — Tokens remaining from your current billing cycle.

Refund Policy

Token bundles are non-refundable once purchased. Tokens are deducted as used and cannot be returned. If you believe a purchase was made in error, contact Support.
