Plan Tiers
Free - 40 property storage (2GB). - 5 property drafts per month. - Pay-as-you-go comps ($10 each). - One-pager presentations only. - Limited connections.
Best for: Trying the platform, occasional deal evaluation.
Core — $50/month (or $40/month billed semi-annually or annually) - 350 property storage (12GB). - 25 property drafts per month. - 6 comps per month included. - 50% bonus on bundle purchases. - Multi-page presentations. - Demographics and market data. - CRM integration available.
Best for: Active investors running deals monthly.
Scale — $200/month (quarterly, semi-annual, or annual billing) - 2,000 property storage. - 75 property drafts per month. - 36 comps per month included. - 80% bonus on bundle purchases. - Full presentation access with advanced templates. - Pro listing access. - Comp weight algorithm control.
Best for: High-volume investors, teams, and professional wholesalers.
Team — $500/month - 10,000 property storage (100GB). - 1,250 property drafts per month. - 125 comps per month included. - 120% bonus on bundle purchases. - All Scale features plus: - Team collaboration features. - InvestorCAD AI access. - Comp weight algorithm control. - Custom template design.
Best for: Investment groups, brokerages, and firms.
Premier Plus Premium annual plan with the highest value tier. Includes all Scale features with priority support and the annual billing discount (roughly two free months compared to month-to-month pricing).

Premier Plus Annual Discount
Premier Plus is billed annually. The annual cost works out to approximately two free months compared to paying month-to-month on the equivalent tier. Exact savings depend on the tier selected.
Upgrading Your Plan
Go to Settings > Billing or /billing. Click "Change Plan" or "Upgrade." Select the new tier. The upgrade takes effect immediately. Your billing cycle adjusts to the new plan's schedule.
Downgrading
You can downgrade at the end of your billing cycle. Downgrading mid-cycle is not available. When downgrading, you lose access to features in the higher tier. Data (properties, comps, presentations) remains in your account but may exceed the lower tier's storage limit.
