04 Saving Exporting Comps

Once your comps are filtered and reviewed, save them to the property for future reference or export them to share with partners, lenders, and team members.

Saving Comps to a Property

Click "Save to Property" at the top of the comps results. The comps are attached to the property profile and appear in the Comps tab on the property detail page.

What gets saved: - The full comparable table with all columns (address, price, distance, score, differences). - The filter settings you applied (date range, distance, property type). - The run timestamp.

Benefits of saving: - Comps are accessible anytime from the property detail page. - Team members with access to the property can view the saved comps. - Saved comps populate data in presentations and underwriting tools. - You can run comps again later and compare new results against the saved version.

Exporting as PDF

Click "Export" and select PDF. The file downloads to your computer as a formatted report.

PDF contents: - Property address and summary. - Full comparable table with scores and differences. - Market value estimates. - Date and timestamp of the comp run.

Use for: Sharing with lenders, partners, or clients who do not have ReiSearch accounts. The PDF is self-contained with all the relevant data.

Exporting as CSV

Click "Export" and select CSV. The file downloads as a spreadsheet-compatible format.

CSV contents: - Raw data table with all comparable rows. - Each row contains: address, sale price, distance, beds, baths, square footage, sale date, score, flagged differences.

Use for: Importing into Excel, Google Sheets, or your own analysis models. CSV gives you full control over the data for custom calculations.

Sharing Comps with Team

If the property is shared with team members, saved comps are automatically accessible to them:

  • Team members with View access can see saved comps.
  • Team members with Edit access can run new comps and save them to the same property.
  • Use property threads to discuss specific comps with the team.

Replacing or Updating Saved Comps

If you run comps again on the same property:

  • The new results are saved alongside the previous ones.
  • Both versions are accessible from the Comps tab on the property detail page.
  • You can delete old comp runs if they are no longer relevant.

Export Limitations

  • PDF exports reflect the current filter settings at the time of export.
  • CSV exports include all comp rows regardless of active filters. Apply filters in your spreadsheet software for custom views.
