ReiSearch uses profile information to make the Directory more useful than an unstructured contact list. Add your market and expertise so the For You view can surface people in your market and people whose work complements your lane.
Separate discovery from relationships
Use All Members when you want to search the broader ReiSearch community. Use My Connections for established relationships and Pending Requests for connection invitations that still need a response.

Continue into real work
Once connected, users can start a conversation or add the person to a property when their participation is relevant. Property access remains separate and should use role-appropriate permissions.
