Start from the Dashboard
- Sign in at reisearch.com/login. ReiSearch opens the Dashboard.
- Select Directory in the left navigation.
- Begin in the For You view.

Improve the matching information
The Directory uses profile information to organize relevant discovery. If ReiSearch asks you to add a city or expertise, complete those prompts before judging the recommendations.
- Your city supports People in your market discovery.
- Your expertise supports People in your lane discovery and helps other members understand your work.
Choose accurate information rather than adding markets or skills only to appear in more results.
Review recommended people
Use the For You sections to inspect profiles connected to your market or professional lane. Open a member’s profile and review the available context before connecting.
Directory matching is a discovery signal, not a credential or endorsement. Verify licensing, experience, references, and fit when those factors matter to the relationship or transaction.
Search all members
- Open All Members.
- Use the search field to look for a person, company, market, or relevant profile information.
- Use the expertise control to narrow the directory.
- Open a profile before sending a request.
Send and manage the connection request
Send a connection request when you have a real reason to connect. Use Pending Requests to review incoming requests, and My Connections to return to accepted relationships.
After connecting, you can start a conversation or add the person to a property when their participation is relevant.
If something does not work
- Recommendations are not relevant: Confirm that your city and expertise are complete and accurate.
- A person does not appear: Use All Members search and try the person’s name or company.
- You cannot add someone to a property: A Directory result is not automatically a property member. Connect first, then add the person from the property workspace if your permissions allow.
- A pending request is missing: Refresh the Directory once, then check Pending Requests and notifications.
