Select a historical run
The run selector lists available comp runs with their time and status. Choose an earlier completed run to review that snapshot. Switching runs changes the result snapshot displayed in the workspace; it does not launch new processing.
Run statuses include pending, running, completed, failed, cancelling, and cancelled.
Refresh comparable properties
Select Refresh Comps when you need a new result set. ReiSearch submits another generation request for the current subject and comp type.
If the most recent completed run is less than 24 hours old, ReiSearch displays Refresh comps again? with the time of the last refresh. Choose:
- Keep current comps to retain the existing run.
- Refresh anyway to submit the new run.
The warning exists because a second run within a short period may not produce meaningful changes.
Understand queued and running states
Queued means the request has been accepted but processing has not started. Running means generation is underway. While either state is active, avoid submitting another request for the same property.
Results appear after the run completes and the workspace reloads its data.
Stop a run
When cancellation is available, select Stop. The interface may show Stopping while the request is processed. A stopped run remains part of run history with a cancelled state rather than appearing as a successful result snapshot.
Failed runs
A failed run did not produce a completed snapshot. Try again after checking the subject property, account access, credits, and service state. Use Troubleshoot comp runs for the appropriate next step.
Compare snapshots responsibly
When results differ between runs, check the comp type, selected run date, filter state, and ranking configuration before attributing the change to the market. A different filter or custom-ranking configuration can change what you see without changing the underlying source data.
