Choose grid or list view
On desktop, use the view control to switch between grid and list.
- Grid view emphasizes property cards, imagery, and side-by-side scanning.
- List view exposes a denser row layout and sortable columns.
Tablet-sized and smaller screens use list view so the result set fits the available width.
Navigate grid results
Grid view divides results into pages. The toolbar shows the current page and total pages with previous and next controls. Applying a filter resets pagination so you do not remain on a page that no longer exists in the smaller result set.
Load more list results
List view progressively exposes additional items rather than using the same page controls as grid view. Continue through the available result set with the list’s additional-results behavior.
Sort list columns
Sortable list columns include Beds, Baths, Area, Lot, Year Built, Listing Price, and Distance. Selecting a different column begins with descending order. Selecting it again changes to ascending order; selecting it a third time returns to the default ordering.
The default is:
- Distance ascending when default scoring is active.
- Score descending when custom scoring is active.
Use ReiSearch Maps
Open ReiSearch Maps to view the subject property and comparable properties geographically. Map context helps identify clusters, boundaries, and outliers that may not be obvious from a table.
Distance still needs interpretation. Roads, neighborhood boundaries, school districts, water, property type, and local market conditions can make two similarly distant comps materially different.
Expand a result
In list view, expand a comparable to see additional property detail. You can also copy its address and open its map location when those actions are available.
Changing view, sorting, or opening the map does not create a new run. These controls reorganize the current run’s results.
