Folders work the same on your phone as on the web — the layout just adapts to the smaller screen. Here’s what changes, plus quick fixes for the occasional hiccup.
Start from the Dashboard
-
Sign in to ReiSearch on your phone and open the Dashboard.
-
Open the main navigation and select Folders.
-
Use the compact view-and-category selector at the top of the Folders page to switch what you see.
Folders on your phone
- The view tabs and categories collapse into a single dropdown at the top — tap it to switch views or pick a category.
- The header actions become compact icon buttons (Create, Refresh, New category).
- Each folder is a card. Tap it to expand and see its Subfolders and Properties, with the same actions (Add Sub-Folder, Add Properties, Manage Permissions, Rename, Delete) in its menu.
Focus mode
When you open a folder to edit it, that folder is highlighted with a ring and the others dim slightly — so it’s clear which one you’re working on. It clears as soon as you close the editor.
Troubleshooting
Frequently asked questions
My folders didn’t load.
If you see a “Couldn’t load your folders” card, tap Retry. You can also tap Refresh in the header to re-pull everything from the server.
A single property won’t load.
A property that fails shows “Couldn’t load this property” — just tap retry on that row to try again.
I can’t find a folder I expected to see.
Check which view you’re in (All folders vs. My Folder vs. Shared with Me) and whether a category filter is active — selecting All folders clears the filter. A quick Refresh helps if it was just added.
I have a lot of folders.
Use the pagination controls at the bottom of the list to move between pages, and change how many show per page (10, 20, or 50).
