Here’s a reference for every kind of notification ReiSearch sends, grouped by the category it appears under on the notifications page.

Messaging

Notification	When you get it
Direct message	Someone sends you a one‑on‑one message.
Group message	A new message is posted in a group chat you’re in.
Property thread message	A new message is posted in a property thread you’re in.
Mentioned in a thread	Someone @mentions you in a group or property thread.

Feed

Notification	When you get it
Reaction on your post	Someone reacts to one of your posts.
Comment on your post	Someone comments on your post.
Mentioned in a post	Someone mentions you in a post.
Mentioned in a comment	Someone mentions you in a comment.
Reaction on your comment	Someone reacts to your comment.
Reply to your comment	Someone replies to your comment.

Property

Notification	When you get it
Property shared	Someone adds you to a property.
Comps started	Comps begin running on one of your properties.
Comp added	A comp is added to a property (or fails to add).
Comp results ready	Your comp results for a property are ready.
Property details ready	A property’s details finish loading.
Mentioned in a property note	Someone mentions you in a note on a property.

Network

Notification	When you get it
Connection request	Someone asks to connect with you.
Connection update	Someone accepts or declines your connection request.

Monitoring

Notification	When you get it
Smart alert	A property or lead you monitor changes — price, status, or days on market. See Smart / Lead‑Monitoring alerts.

Folders

Notification	When you get it
Added to a folder	Someone adds you to a folder.
Removed from a folder	Someone removes you from a folder.
Property added to a folder	A property is added to a folder you can access.
Folder permissions updated	Your access to a folder changes.

Marketplace

Address request	Someone requests the full address of one of your properties.
Address request update	An address request is accepted, declined, or updated.

Account

Notification	When you get it
Reward	You earn tokens — for referrals, connecting Google or social accounts, creating a BuyBox, completing your profile, or inviting friends.
