Accessing the Feed
The Feed is accessible from the Dashboard or from the Network section. Look for the "Feed" tab or link. Some feed items also appear in the Notifications panel on the Dashboard.
Filtering the Feed
Not all activity is equally relevant. Use filters to narrow the feed:
- By type — Show only property updates, network activity, or system notifications.
- By person — Filter to show activity from specific users only.
- By property — Filter to show updates on specific properties.
- By time — Today, this week, this month, or custom range.
Feed Notifications
Feed items that are high priority also trigger notifications in the global header bell icon. You can control which feed items generate notifications from Settings > Notifications.

Many feed items are actionable:
- Click a new listing to open it in the Marketplace.
- Click a connection request to accept or respond.
- Click a shared property to open it.
- Click a comp result to view the full analysis.
This keeps you moving without navigating away from the feed.
Feed Privacy
Your own activity appears in your network's feeds based on your privacy settings and the nature of the activity. Property drafts and private actions do not appear in the feed.
