01 Generating Presentation

A ReiSearch presentation packages property details, comps, and market data into a formatted document you can share with buyers, lenders, or partners.

Prerequisites

Before generating a presentation, the property needs:

  • Confirmed address — The tax data must be pulled and verified.
  • Price entered — The asking price or your estimated value.
  • Comps attached — Comps provide the market data that fills the analysis sections. Without comps, some sections will be empty.

If comps are not attached, run them first from the property detail page.

Step 1: Open the Presentation Tool

Navigate to the property you want to present. On the property detail page, click "Presentations" or "Generate Presentation." You can also start from the Presentations page in the sidebar and select a property from there.

Step 2: Choose a Template

Select a template style:

  • Standard — Balanced layout with property details, comps table, and market data. Works for most situations.
  • One-Pager — Single-page summary for quick sharing. Available on all plans.
  • Full Presentation — Multi-page with expanded data panels, custom slides, and professional formatting. Paid plans only.

Step 3: Review Auto-Generated Content

The presentation builds itself from the property data. Review each section:

  • Property overview (address, price, photos)
  • Deal structure
  • Comparable sales table
  • Market value estimates
  • Demographics and market data
  • Your notes and commentary

Step 4: Customize (Optional)

Edit text fields, reorder slides, or add custom slides with your own content. Changes save as you work.

Step 5: Export or Share

Click "Export" to download as PDF. Click "Share" to send directly to recipients from your Network or by email.

Token Cost

Generating a presentation costs [PRESENTATION_COST] tokens. Free plan users can generate one-pagers. Paid plan users get multi-page presentations included in their monthly allowance.
