03 Free Vs Paid Presentations
Presentation features differ significantly between free and paid plans. Knowing the limits helps you decide which plan fits your deal volume.
Free Plan
Free plan users can generate one-pager presentations. These are single-page summaries with:
- Property photo and price.
- Basic deal details (type, beds, baths, sq ft).
- Top 2-3 comps.
- Contact information.
Limitations: - No multi-page layout. - No demographics or market data panels. - No custom slides. - No full comps table. - No underwriting details (ARV, MAO, cash flow).
Free plan presentations are useful for quick deal sharing but not for serious partner or lender presentations.
Paid Plans (Starter, Core, Scale)
Paid plan users get full multi-page presentations with:
- Professional cover page.
- All property details and gallery.
- Full comps table.
- Market value estimates from multiple sources.
- Demographics and market data.
- Deal structure section.
- Custom slides and editing.
Starter and Core — Standard template access. Full data panels. No custom template saving.
Scale — Full Presentation template. Custom template saving. Maximum layout control and branding.
Cost Per Presentation
- Free plan — Presentations consume tokens. One-pagers cost fewer tokens than full presentations.
- Paid plans — Multi-page presentations are included in your monthly allowance. Token limits still apply based on your plan tier.
Wholesaler Onboarding Special
New wholesaler users receive a 25,000 token grant as part of onboarding. This grant covers your first full paid-tier presentation with all data panels included — no upgrade required for the first one.
After the grant is used, additional full presentations require a paid plan or token purchase.
Choosing Your Plan
- Generating 1-3 presentations per month and they are mostly quick deals — Free plan may be sufficient.
- Generating 5+ presentations per month for buyers and partners — Upgrade to Starter or Core.
- Generating presentations for lenders and institutional partners — Scale plan unlocks the Full template and custom branding.
