Smart Buyer Lists let you group buyers by investment criteria so you send the right presentations to the right people.
What Is a Smart Buyer List
A Smart Buyer List is a saved group of buyers filtered by their buy box criteria. Instead of manually selecting recipients each time, the list automatically includes buyers whose criteria match the property you are presenting.
Creating a Buyer List
- Go to Presentations or Network > Buyers.
- Click "Create Buyer List."
- Give the list a name (e.g., "Phoenix Flips" or "Buy-and-Hold Investors").

Set filter criteria based on buy box attributes:

Location preference (city, ZIP, metro area).
- Price range minimum and maximum.
- Deal types they buy (Cash, SubTo, Seller Finance, etc.).

Property types they target.

Save the list. ReiSearch populates it with buyers whose buy boxes match your filters.

Managing Buyer Lists
Viewing list members — Open any list to see the buyers included. Each entry shows their name, buy box summary, and contact options.
Editing list filters — Change the criteria and the list updates automatically. Buyers who no longer match are removed. New matching buyers are added.
Merging lists — Combine two lists if your criteria overlap or you want a broader audience for a specific deal.
Deleting a list — Removing a list does not delete the buyers. It only removes the grouping.
Sending Presentations to a List
- Open the presentation you want to send.
- Click "Share" and select "Send to Buyer List."
- Choose one or more lists.
- Review the recipients and add a personal message.
- Send.
Each buyer on the list receives the presentation. If auto-send is enabled on their buy box, they may receive it automatically without you taking action.
Tagging Buyers
Add tags to individual buyers to refine your lists further:
- "Hot lead" — High engagement, prioritize for premium deals.
- "Luxury buyer" — Targets properties over $500,000.
- "New connection" — Recently added, still building relationship.
- "Out of market" — Temporarily not buying.
Tags are private to your account. Buyers do not see how you have tagged them.
List Analytics
View metrics for each list:
- Number of buyers on the list.
- Presentation open rates by list.
- Response rates from list-sent presentations.
- Most active buyers (by engagement).
Use this data to focus your deal flow on the lists that convert best.
