06 Buy Box Auto Send
Buy Box Auto-Send connects your published properties to buyers with matching buy boxes. When a match is found, the system sends a presentation to the buyer automatically.
How Auto-Send Works
- You publish a property to the Marketplace.
- The platform compares the property against all active buy boxes in the system.
- Buyers whose buy box criteria match the property are identified.
- The system generates and sends a presentation to each matching buyer.
The buyer receives the presentation in their notifications, email, and platform inbox. They can review the property, check the comps, and respond at their convenience.
Requirements
Auto-send requires both sides to have the right setup:
Publisher side: - Property must be Published (not Draft or Shared only). - Property must have comps attached (the presentation needs market data). - Plan must support auto-send (available on paid plans).
Buyer side: - Active buy box with complete criteria. - Visibility set to Public or Network. - Auto-send enabled in notification preferences.
Frequency Caps
To prevent buyers from being overwhelmed, auto-send is capped:
- Maximum 3 presentations per buyer per 7 days.
- Once a buyer reaches the cap, no new auto-sends go to them until the 7-day window resets.
- Presentations sent manually (not through auto-send) do not count toward the cap.
Managing Auto-Send Rules
From your Settings or buy box management screen, you can control auto-send behavior:
Enable or disable auto-send — Turn it on or off for all your buy boxes. When disabled, buyers still appear in Smart Buyer Lists and can receive manual sends, but no automated presentations.
Set quality thresholds — Minimum comp score or match confidence level required before the system triggers an auto-send. Higher thresholds mean fewer but more relevant sends.
Preferred deal types — Limit auto-send to specific deal types (Cash only, SubTo only, etc.).
Buyer-Side Controls
Buyers can also control auto-send from their end:
- Disable auto-send for their account entirely.
- Set a maximum number of presentations per week.
- Pause auto-send temporarily (snooze for 7, 14, or 30 days).
- Block specific publishers.
If a buyer disables auto-send, your presentations still go to their Smart Buyer List but are not automatically sent. You can send manually.
Monitoring Auto-Send Activity
View your auto-send history from the Presentations page. See which properties triggered auto-sends, how many presentations were sent, and how buyers responded.
