08 Featured Pro Listings
Featured and Pro listings give your published properties extra visibility in the Marketplace. They are paid upgrades on top of your standard listing.
Standard Listings
Every published property appears in the Marketplace by default. Standard listings are included with your plan. They appear in map and grid results sorted by recency and relevance.
Featured Listings
Featured listings receive priority placement in Marketplace search results and category views.
What you get: - Higher position in search results. - "Featured" badge on the property card. - Featured filter category (buyers can filter to see only Featured listings).
When a buyer searches the Marketplace, Featured listings appear before standard listings in the same area and price range.
Pro Listings
Pro listings are the highest visibility tier, managed by vetted disposition agents and teams.
What you get: - Everything in Featured, plus: - "Pro" badge on the property card. - Listing managed and marketed by a professional dispo agent. - Access to the Pro distribution network (extra buyer pools beyond the Marketplace). - Priority response from the platform team on listing questions.
Pro listings are suitable for larger portfolios, complex deals, or sellers who want professional handling of the disposition process.

Pricing is per listing, per publishing period. Featured and Pro fees are non-refundable once the listing goes live.
How to Upgrade a Listing
- Publish the property to the Marketplace (standard listing first).
- Open the property detail page.
- Click "Upgrade Listing" from the listing actions.
- Choose Featured or Pro.
- Confirm payment.
- The badge and placement upgrade apply immediately.

Expected Visibility Improvement
- Featured listings typically appear 3-5 positions higher in search results than standard listings in the same area.
- Pro listings include additional distribution through the Pro agent network, reaching buyers who may not browse the Marketplace directly.
Managing Upgraded Listings
- Featured and Pro upgrades are tied to the specific listing. Unpublishing and republishing requires a new upgrade.
- If the property sells while the upgrade is active, the remaining period is not refunded.
- Downgrading from Pro to Featured (or Featured to Standard) takes effect immediately.
