04 Sharing Presentation

PDF Export

The most reliable format. Click "Export" and choose PDF. The file downloads to your computer. Attach it to an email, upload it to a shared drive, or print it for in-person meetings.

The PDF preserves the layout exactly as you designed it. Recipients do not need a ReiSearch account to view it.

Sharing Link

Click "Share" and select "Copy Link." The link opens the presentation in a browser view. Anyone with the link can view the presentation without logging in.

Control access: You can revoke the link later from the presentation settings if you need to.

Send via Email

From the Share screen, enter recipient email addresses directly. The system sends the presentation as an embedded view or PDF attachment, depending on the recipient's platform preferences.

Add a personal message to each email. Track who has opened it from the presentation stats.

Share to Buyer Lists

Select from your Smart Buyer Lists to send the presentation to multiple buyers at once. Each buyer receives a personalized version with their name and contact details.

Use this for broad distribution to your buyer network. See the Smart Buyer Lists article for more on managing your lists.

Download Options

• PDF — Full print-quality document.
• PNG/Images — Individual slides as images for social media or text messages.
• CSV data — Raw presentation data in spreadsheet format (comps table, market data).

Sharing Permissions

When you share a presentation:

• Recipients can view it in their browser or download as PDF.
• They cannot edit the presentation unless you add them as a collaborator.
• You can revoke access at any time from the presentation settings.

Tracking Shares

View who has received, opened, or downloaded your presentation from the presentation analytics section. Use this data to follow up with interested buyers.
