ReiSearch offers multiple presentation templates. Each one serves a different purpose depending on your audience and the level of detail needed.
Template Types
One-Pager A single-page summary with the most essential information:
- Property photo and price.
- Deal type and key details.
- Brief comp summary (2-3 top comparables).
- Contact information.
Best for: Quick deal sharing, initial outreach, high-volume wholesaling. Loads fast and fits in an email preview.
Standard Multi-page layout with balanced detail:
- Cover page with property photo.
- Full property details.
- Comparable sales table.
- Market value estimates.
- Demographics section.
- Deal structure.
- Notes and commentary.
Best for: Most buyer presentations. Gives enough detail for a serious buyer to evaluate without overwhelming them. Included on all paid plans.
Full Presentation Expanded multi-page with maximum detail and customization:
- All Standard sections plus:
- Multiple photo gallery pages.
- Full comps table with score breakdown.
- Underwriting details (ARV, MAO, cash flow).
- Custom slides for additional context.
- Professional formatting and layout options.
Best for: Lender presentations, partner proposals, JV deals. Use when you need to present a complete investment thesis.

Choosing a Template
- Sending a quick deal to a buyer network — One-Pager.
- Presenting to a partner or investor — Standard.
- Pitching to a lender or private fund — Full Presentation.
If you are not sure, start with Standard. You can upgrade to Full later without recreating the presentation from scratch.
Custom Templates (Scale Plan)
Scale plan users can save custom templates with preferred layouts, color schemes, and default sections. Apply your saved template to new presentations for consistent branding.
